Notes:

   from tape to disk. Complete means the files have been
   ingested and the resulting files (5 output files per
   input files have been transferred to the archive.

** Note that GOES7 11/28/94 and 11/29/94 were skipped - are neither
   on tape #16 or #17.

*** Note that GOES7 12/11/94 was skipped - are neither on tape #17
    or #18.

**** Note that we are missing GOES7 days 94362-95051 and 95077-95078
    (941228 - 950223 and 950318-950319)
