      Zeblog file in html format. The tar file contains the following 
      individual files:
      xdczeblog.00.yymmdd.hhmmss.asc.html(Files are available for 9704-present)

      where, yyyymmdd are the year, month and day of the date and hhmmss are 
      the hour, minute and second of the time when the file is generated

Transfer Schedule: 

	We have data covering 9609-present. We are planning to send
	all backlog files(~24) on 9/24/98. We then will send the logfile

        logfile contains the detailed information on the external data 
        ingested at XDC.
