Additional Notes:

    We intend to start sending the raw "full" data files (twpgms5fullX1.00)
during the week of 4/28/97. We will start sending twpgms5X1.00 & twpgms5X1.a1
sometime in May when we install the ingest. Additional files that will be sent 
include diagnostic files and GIF files. Notifications of these files 
will be sent separately.  We will be processing files in batch mode, starting
with data from October 11, 1996.
