Additional Notes:
We have a contract with ECMWF to provide us with one
year's worth of data, beginning with the October 1996 data. The
area of coverage is Latitude: +20 to -20, longitude: -80 to +110.
Data are delivered on 8mm Exabyte tapes in FM92-VIII Ext. GRIB Ed. 1
format.
As of July 24, 1997, we have received 7 tapes covering 961001 - 970630.
We plan on starting to send the backlog of data on 7/28/97, sending
1 tape's worth of data per day for the next 6 days. We will then
send the data as we receive and process each tape, which is once per
month.
