Additional Notes:

  The dataset contains the quality assurance information for Oklahoma 
  mesonet data. sgpokmqaX1.a1.yymmdd.000000.asc is a detailed QA file.
  sgpokmqasumX1.a1.yymmdd.000000.asc is a summary QA file. These QA files
  are in ASCII format. We have files covering January 1994 - June 1997. 
  New files come about two months after the month has passed. Beginning on 
  9/22/97, we are planning to send the one year's worth of backlog data per 
  day for the next four days. We will then send the data as we receive, 
  which is once per month.
