Additional Notes:
Two diagnostic files are generated for each file during the ingest
process. The two diagnostics are latitude and longitude sections
of the image. For each channel (eg. Visible and Infrared) present in the
raw file a column is created in the diagnostic files. The maximum
of diagnostic files per day is 8. The diagnostic file is a compressed ASCII
file. We have files covering 940721-present. Beginning on 9/22/97, we are
planning to send the one year's worth of backlog data per day for the next
four days. We will then send the data at the end of each month.
